The Spaniard Kinsale Under Snow

The historic Spaniard bar with its hunkered ceilings, flaming fires and sawdust-covered floors would have seen plenty of snow over the years, but seldom, I imagine, as deep and lasting as the snow that fell in 2018. With the road impassable by car, and the snow still deep and undisturbed, I had a rare opportunity to photograph a true Kinsale icon uninterrupted and in a different light.
